La Paimpolaise Conserverie is pleased to present a new range of gourmet seafood rillettes- the result of four years of recipe development at our kitchens in Brittany.
Our aim is to allow you to rediscover a broad selection of local fish and shellfish by adding a twist to traditional recipes, offering new combinations and reintroducing some long-forgotten favourites. 
Our family-run business is located in the small fishing port of Paimpol, in northern Brittany. We source the freshest local produce, enhancing natural flavours with mouth-watering recipes. Nothing artificial goes into our products and we place the highest importance on maintaining local culinary traditions.



Our rillettes have attracted keen interest in the series of Wine and Gastronomy food fairs in Brittany and four of our products were voted favourites of the public in a blind tasting at the Trophées de la Gastronomie Bretonne.

Rillettes, a type of pâté with a characteristic texture and high fish content, are best served on lightly toasted French bread or crackers. For an ideal consistency refrigerate before serving.
